Apply for the Experience of a Lifetime

1.) Find the right Application Forms

Village Supplement	Village (age 11)
Interchange Information Form	Interchange (age 12-13 or 14-15)
Interchange Family Reference Form	Interchange (age 12-13 or 14-15)
Step Up Supplement	Step-Up (age 12-13 or 14-15)
Seminar Camp Application	Seminar (age 17-18)

Apply as a leader or junior counselor.

Seminar Camp applications should be emailed to [email protected] no later than December 1, 2017 and emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than Dec 15, 2017.

2.) Submit Application and a $25 Application Fee

Return by application and check via mail to:

3.) Obtain two Youth Delegate References

Either send this webpage to your 2 references and ask them to complete the online youth delegate reference form or download this reference form and make two copies.

One reference should be completed by a current or recent teacher and the other reference should be completed by an adult who knows your child on a personal level.

If you give the reference the downloaded reference form, ask them to fill them out and mail directly to the address above. Provide a stamped envelope addressed to the CISV office (address above).

4.) Attend a Selection Event
